With over 25 years of diverse financial leadership experience across India, the UAE, and the USA, he brings strategic direction and astute financial solutions to the firm’s clients.
Mukesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1991. He also holds an ICWA degree from New Delhi. His career spans manufacturing, construction, financial services, and IT/software industries.
He has worked with prominent UAE firms including Al Maya Lal’s retail conglomerate and Gulf Jyoti International manufacturing, and has also held leadership roles at M/S Leather Crafts, a trading firm in Michigan, USA.
He advises clients on audit, AML, compliance, business setup, international tax, and related matters. As CFO and operating committee member, he helped steer IRAA’s management of $25 million in assets.
His international viewpoint is shaped by working with clients across more than 35 countries and collaborating with businesses and regulators in multiple markets. IRAA currently serves 200+ clients across the UAE, Europe, China, and India.
This cross-border perspective allows him to combine regulatory discipline with practical commercial insight for businesses operating in fast-moving environments.
